View your invoices
You can view and download your invoices by visiting the invoices page. Click on View next to the invoice you want to view and you'll be able to download it as a PDF.
Add a payment method
You can add a payment method by visiting the payment methods page. Click on Add Payment Method and you'll be able to add a new payment method.
Set default payment method
You can set a default payment method by visiting the payment methods page. Click on Make Default next to the payment method you want to set as default.
Delete a payment method
You can delete a payment method by visiting the payment methods page. Click on Delete next to the payment method you want to delete.
View your plans
You can view your plans by visiting the plans page.
Cancel your plan
You can cancel your plan by visiting the plans page. Click on Cancel Plan next to the plan you want to cancel.
Manage your plan
You can manage your plan by visiting the plans page. Click on Manage Plan next to the plan you want to manage.
Note: Upgrading & Downgrading your plan
Upgrades are applied immediately and you will be charged the prorated amount for the remainder of the month. Downgrades are applied at the end of the billing cycle.
Note: Vortex AI plans (Personal, Team & Enterprise)
Personal: You can only have 1 user and it's only available in a personal workspace.
Team: The user selector is cumulative and you can add as many users as you want. It's available only in team workspaces.
Enterprise: The user selector is additional to the 3 included in the plan (So 5 in the selector would be 8 total users) and you can add as many users as you want. It's available in team workspaces.
